Central Government notifies Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2021   Feb 05, 2021

The Central Government has notified the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2021 repealing the Arbitration and Conciliation Ordinance 2020.

The amendment Act is deemed to have come into force from 4th November 2020.
