Companies (Incorporation) Second Amendment Rules, 2021 to come into force on the 1st April, 2021   Feb 02, 2021

The Ministry of Corporate affairs has notified the Companies (Incorporation) Second Amendment Rules, 2021 vide Notification dated 1st February 2021. 

The Notification states that the said Rules will come into effect from 1st April 2021
