Employers allowed to file Return of Contributions under ESI till 15th Jan 2021 as a one time relaxation   Jan 01, 2021

The ESIC has issued a notification dated 1st January 2021 permitting employers to file Return of Contributions, for the period from April 2020 to September 2020, by 15th January, 2021 as a one time relaxation.
