Payment of wages during lockdown period - No coercive steps against Petitioners till 29th May 2020 - Bom HC   May 19, 2020

Bombay High Court directs no coervice steps to be taken against Petitioners till 29th May 2020 on notifications relating to payment of wages during lockdown period 

 Several  Petitions were  filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India before the Aurangabad Bench of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court challenging the validity of order dated 29.03.2020 issued by Government of India  and Maharashtra Government resolution dated 31.03.2020 on payment of full wages to employees during the lock down period. 
 
As the petitions pending in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India are likely to be heard this week, the Bombay High Court adjourned the petitions to 29th May 2020 with a direction that till 29th May, 2020, the respondents should not to take coercive action based up impugned orders.
