The Chamber Archives documents the Chamber’s association with important national events. Presently, the archive has its history in the form of two books one written as early as 1937 and the other in 1986. It also contains important documents like Annual Reports, Minutes Books and Drafts from year 1836 onwards. In addition to the Weekly and Monthly publications of the Chamber, it includes documentation of the Conferences and Seminars organized by the Chamber and also the proceedings of the Annual General Meetings, Memorandums prepared by the Chamber from time to time documenting the rise, fall and extinction of business enterprises in the history of Mumbai in particular and India in general.

We cordially invite interested scholars to visit our archives and we solicit their feedback. We do hope your interest will enrich us to understand the corporate world better.
